Alcatel lucent Broadband for Triplay (IPTV),A great deal has been written about broadband and the implications of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This Act allocates $7.2 billion for broadband, which will be made available through two separate government agencies. The programs are technology- and service provider-neutral, and strongly encourage enhanced broadband connectivity to schools, libraries, hospitals and other community facilities.
