This parameter defines the low throughput time to the trigger timer for the throughput measurement of the E-DCH NRT MAC-d flow. If the result of the throughput measurement is lower than or equal to the EDCHMACdFlowThroughputRelThr, the EDCHMACdFlowThroughputTimetoTrigger is started. If the result of the throughput measurement is higher than the EDCHMACdFlowThoughputRelThr, the EDCHMACdFlowThroughputTimetoTrigger is stopped and reset. If the timer expires, the E-DCH NRT MAC-d flow is released, assuming that also the corresponding HS-DSCH NRT MAC-d flow is allowed to be released.
